Turnaround Times:
Our average turnaround times are 2-5 Days. All orders are send via Royal Mail 2nd Class unless discussed otherwise. We will not be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control i.e Royal Mail Strikes &Busy periods.
1. “The Buyer” shall mean the person, firm or company with whom the contract is made;
2. “The Goods” shall mean any goods being the subject of any order by the Buyer agreed to be sold by The Paper Shed to the Buyer.
3. Any order the Buyer makes for Goods from The Paper Shed is deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions and no variation or modification of or substitution for these terms and conditions shall be binding on Paper Space and any other proposed terms and conditions shall be void unless specifically accepted by the director of The Paper Shed in writing.
4. All offers are made subject to availability.
5. The Paper Shed reserves the right to amend prices without notice. All orders placed prior to such changes remain unaffected.
6. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove products or information without notice.
7. Access to The Paper Shed websites may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time without warning.
8.The Buyer must understand that colours in the images displayed on the above websites may vary slightly from the colours on the product. This is because colours vary from screen to screen. Colours may also vary from print to print and across various product ranges due to the handmade nature and various print techniques used. We strongly advice that if the Buyer is unsure of colours to request a colour sample.
Refund Policy.
1. If for any reason the Buyer is unhappy with a product from our range of predesigned stock (Not including personalised/bespoke and made to order items) and it is purchased from The Paper Shed, under the distance selling regulations the Buyer may cancel their order for a full refund up to 7 days after receipt of the Goods.
2. The Buyer must inform The Paper Shed of their decision to cancel or return the order in writing by either post or email.
3. The Goods must be returned to The Paper Shed in the same condition that they were sent at the Buyer’s expense within 14 days of receipt by.
4. The Buyer will be responsible for any Goods that have been damaged in transit when being returned so must ensure that the Goods are well packaged to avoid this and it is recommended to use a trackable postage service also.
5. Upon return of the goods, and upon inspection, a refund will be issued within 14 days if no fault is found.
6. If the fault on the Goods is found to be because the Buyer has incorrectly purchased the wrong design, style or size of product, then The Paper Shed will not be liable for any cost to replace the product or have the product returned
7. Only when Goods are faulty/damaged and are returned to us are we able to either offer a full refund or send a replacement product, to be decided between the buyer and The Paper Shed prior to good being returned.
8. Any refunds can only be made back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
9. We are unable to offer refunds on personalised items. Orders for bespoke items (Made to order) are not covered under the distance selling regulations and as such do not have a cooling off period once payment has been made. Please ensure you have entered the correct details for all personalised orders at time of purchase.
10. A refund or replacement may be issued for personalised goods, if the fault lies with the The Paper Shed and is proven so by the buyer.
Shipping
1. All items requiring shipping are sent via Royal Mail or courier, dependent upon postage service selected at checkout.
2. Tracking codes will be provided for applicable purchases within 24 hours of dispatch.
3. The Paper Shed will obtain proof of postage for all orders.
4. Delivery timescales will vary dependent upon service selected, however if you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving the dispatch notification email please contact The Paper Shed to allow a claim to be made against Royal Mail or the courier service used. If contact is not made within 14 days we are unable to pursue a claim.
5. During busy trading periods such as Christmas and Bank holidays please allow extra time for items to arrive due to Royal Mail and couriers been closed.
